Online tax consultations
We have a team of professionals and staff who are experts in preparing economic, tax and fiscal reports, as well as property valuations.
Our “online” tax consultations department also offers its clients the possibility of obtaining an expert opinion or report on economic, tax or fiscal matters, which, unlike the “online” consultations, may serve as evidence against third parties, and which would be drafted by lawyers and/or economists registered with their respective professional associations.
One of the main specialisations of our firm, together with the “online” tax consultations, is the drafting of the following expert reports:
Tax or fiscal expert report
It is a document drawn up by a lawyer or an economist in which he states his position, based on his experience and the existing legal provisions, when solving a problem or a question of a fiscal or tax nature.
This document may be used as evidence before third parties (a person, a company, a court) to defend the position taken.
Real Estate Report
It is a document written by a lawyer or an economist in which he gives his opinion on the urban situation of a property based on his experience and the existing legal requirements.
Property valuation report
It is a document prepared by a real estate expert in which he expresses his opinion on the market value of a certain real estate property, which can be used, among other things, for inclusion in the registers of verification of values issued by public authorities.
Report of an accountant
It is a document drawn up by an economist, based on his experience and the existing legal provisions, in which he analyses the accounting and/or asset situation of a commercial company in order to find out, inter alia, whether the company is viable from the asset management point of view.
